From April 1st 2009 Great Montreal Sino-Canadian Business Centre had relocated to Sunlife Buildding. Sunlife Building is located in the central part of Montreal, and two blocks away from Bonadventure transportation hub. On June 30, 2008, Oracular Dragon Capital Company, Ltd. (Zhenyuan)entered into a share exchange agreement (the “Exchange Agreement”) with Acropolis Precious Metals, Inc. (NASDAQ symbol “AOPM”), a Nevada corporation, pursuant to which AOPM will issue 5,865,000 shares of its common stock to the Oracular Dragon Capital in exchange for 100% of the issued and outstanding equity interests (the “Share Exchange”). The Share Exchange is the final part of a series of consecutive transactions including the stock purchase transactions consummated on June 19, 2008 in which the Oracular Dragon Capital purchased 4,524,231 shares of common stock of AOPM from the affiliate and non-affiliate shareholders of AOPM. The Share Exchange, together with the Stock Purchase, will result in a change-in-control of AOPM and assumption of operations and liabilities. As the result, the Oracular Dragon Capital will own 10,389,231 shares of common stock of AOPM, representing approximately 86.6% of the total issued and outstanding shares of common stock of AOPM after the Share Exchange. In accordance with the Accounting and Financial Reporting Interpretations and Guidance prepared by the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, upon closing of the Share Exchange, AOPM (the legal acquirer) will be considered the accounting acquiree. The consolidated financial statements of the combined entity will in substance be those of the company, with the assets and liabilities, and revenues and expenses, of AOPM being included effective from the date of consummation of the Share Exchange. AOPM will be deemed to be a continuation of the business of the company. The outstanding stock of AOPM prior to the Share Exchange will be accounted for at their net book value and no goodwill will be recognized.
Change of Business Effective June 30, 2008, AOPM ceased all the exploration and mining business operations it previously engaged in. Our new main businesses are: retail sales and wholesale of compressed natural gas ("CNG") and liquefied petroleum gas (" LPG"), construction and operation of CNG and LPG filling stations. Change of Leadership of Business Wei Wang, Li Wang, and Shiming Yu were appointed to the Board of Directors. The Board appointed Wei Wang as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Li Wang as Secretary of the Board, and Shiming Yu as Chief Financial Officer. |

Recently, the Greater Montreal Sino-Canadian Business Centre (SCBC), through its financing and consultancy division, had reached an agreement with IBK Capital Inc. to jointly obtain financing for a Chinese mining company. SCBC and IBK will endeavour to obtain for the miner who is specialized in gold, zinc, copper mining and exploration in China, a private placement of common shares or other acceptable financing arrangement. IBK Capital is a prominent investment banking firm in North America serving the mining sector, offering a full range of financial advisory services including, merger, acquisition, valuations, fairness opinions, takeover defence planning, project financing and private placements of debt and equity instruments. Since founded 19 years ago, IBK has raised $650 million in equity-related funding for junior mining companies. In addition to the introduction of this opportunity and the initiation of the financing, the Greater Montreal Sino-Canadian Business Centre, will, as a facilitator, be an integrated and dynamic party of this financing. SCBC will represent the Chinese mining company, and SCBC will also, with regard to the agreement with IBK Capital, provide necessary assistance to IBK Capital to ensure the success of the financing.  |

 On March 27, 2008, invited by Mr. Pierre Bourque, the president of Constellation Monde (Group) Inc. and former major of Montreal, 15 people from the clients and the representatives of Greater Montreal Sino-Canadian Business Centre, led by the president of SCBC, Ms. Li Wang, participated in the promotion event for the Qujing City of Chinese Yunnan Province. There were around 150 guests from both China and Quebec who attended the event. |

Co-operated by Greater Montreal Sino-Canadian Business Centre, and AGA (Brossard Business Association), “China Night” was held at 18:00 on March 27th, 2008. The ex-Mayor of Montreal Mr. Pierre Bourque, the Mayor of Brossard Mr. Jean-Marc Pelletier, and the Chinese Economy Research Center professor from Laval University, Doctor Zhan Su were also invited as VIP and speakers. In the meeting, the participants took the further discussion concerning the prosperous Chinese economy and the impact on the Brossard local economy. As a good friend of Chinese people, Mr. Pierre Bourque encouraged the Quebec enterprises bravely go out to China for the further development. The aim is to change the potential economy menace to be a commercial cooperation partner. As a Chinese economy research professor, Mr. Zhan Su analyzed the Chinese economy development with the positive and negative aspects. This presented the objective evaluation and the future prospects to all the participants. After more than 4 hours speech and further discussions, “China Night” was successfully ended in the interlocution between the participants and the journalists. |

  At 10am, March 6, 2008, led by Mayor Xiang Tao, the Chongqing Wansheng delegation of China entered the city hall of Brossard of Canada, amid sound of the warm welcoming applauses. This marked the beginning of the delegation’s visit to Brossard, organized by the Greater Montreal Sino-Canadian Business Centre. In the city hall, the Mayor of Brossard, Jean-Marc Pelletier, gave a cordial reception speech, introduced the city to the guesses, and presented his good will towards the future bilateral cooperation between the two cities. Subsequently, Mayor Xiang Tao presented. Firstly, Mr. Xiang Tao sincerely thanked the generous hosts; then he briefly introduced various aspects of Wansheng’s development. He hoped that their visit will drive the economical, cultural, technology and trading cooperation and exchange between the two cities. |

WanSheng Delegation visiting DEL (Longueuil Economic Development Committee) Leaded by WanSheng District Director Mr. Tao Xiang, WanSheng Delegation all 7 members participated a serious of the activities co-organized by Greater Montreal Sino-Canadian Business Centre and AGA (Brossard Business Association) on March 6, 2008. And in the morning of March 7, 2008, under the introduction and the arrangement by Greater Montreal Sino-Canadian Business Centre, WanSheng Delegation visited Longueuil Economic Development Committee, and exchanged the opinions regarding to the both concerned economic issues. Firstly, Longueuil Economic Development Committee gave all the guests a brief introduction about the development actuality and prospects of Longueuil, the second economic system in Quebec. At the same time, DEL International Trade Commissioner Mr. Alonso Restrepo presented the favorable policies and their related services concerning to attracting the enterprises and the investment from other regions. After that, WanSheng District Director Mr. Tao Xiang introduced WanSheng District at the aspects of economic, culture, and education. In the process of the meeting, the two parties established a serious cooperation intention about the exploitation and abstraction technic of magnesian (the nonmetal), and have a warm discussion about the education exchange projects. |
