What is a SCBC business centre?
Sino-Canadian Business Center is a professional corporate service center providing short-term, small office rental and secretarial services. Companies benefit by eliminating long-term rental contracts, oversized office space and extra staff for administrative duties. At the same time, the company gets prestige commercial address as Montreal Industrial Area and enhance corporate image.

Who should use a SCBC business centre?

What is a Virtual Office?
  A virtual office is not an actual office. It is a bundle of services that provide all the elements of a real office. These include a commercial address, handling of your mails, private phone number and receptionists answering your calls. You can also hire our small office upon your request.

Is it legal to share a business registered address in Canada?
Yes. It is legal to share a business registered address in Canada. So, you can register your business in our business center

 

How long does it take to make a BR (Business Registration)?
At least 10 working days, please check with our business center.

 

What happens if I want to bring my own furniture in Private Office?
You can bring in your own furniture, as long as it will not damage the fixtures or existing furniture or other facilities provided by our center. In addition, the Business Center isn’t responsible for any damages and stolen of your furniture at any time.

 

Is there any conference room for rental? What is the price? Even I haven’t an office in SCBC?
Yes. Our permanent and virtual office customers get 3 hours per week of free use of conference or meeting rooms. Conference and meeting room availability is on the first come first served basis and prior reservation is mandatory.
For any extra use and other customers, our price is
Minimum Term: 3 hours (in working time)
Deposit: $100 / per time
Price: $59.99 / in 3 hours
$99.99/ per working day (or over 3 hours)

 

What is the size of the conference room?
The conference room fits almost 15 people, and the meeting room fits almost 10 people.

 

Can companies use business center phone number?
Normally, the virtual office tenants could use our business center phone number; the private office tenants could apply their own phone number.

 

What is "direct transfer" of incoming calls?
Direct transfer of incoming call means we can transfer your incoming calls to your mobile immediately; hence you can have a direct conversation with your clients.

 

Is there a minimum contract period?
Yes. The minimum contract for room rental is 1 year and also for virtual office.

 

How long does it take to start a service for a virtual office?
All Virtual office packages can be started after 3 working days.

 

Could I use business center’s address for my business registration?
Yes, you can. If you signed up for Centre, you have to use our Business Center’s address.

 

Is there any prepayment for all kind offices?
Yes. You have to prepay 1 month rent before the service start.

 

What kinds of payment methods are accepted?
You can pay Cash, Check or Credit Card to our bank account.

 

What happens if my customers call after office hour (9h00 – 17h00)?
Our call center will automatically transfer your phone to our voicemail.

 

What happens if my customer sends me a mail or fax without putting my company name?
Normally, we can call back to the sender to get the receiver name at your charges.
