The Greater Montreal Sino-Canadian Business Center (SCBC) was founded in 2004 under the leadership of Canada Longueuil Economic Development, Zhenyuan Group, Canada Laurentian Bank Securities Inc., New Era International Inc. and the China-Quebec Commerce Association of Canada, a non-profit service organization. The SCBC plans to be the bridge between Chinese and Canadian business exchanges and cooperation while simultaneously providing a host of services to Chinese and Canadian businesses.

The SCBC’s main office is currently located in the city of Montreal and a branch is operated in Beijing (China).

The Greater Montreal Sino-Canadian Business Centre’s mission is to:
 ¾ Provide specialized offices and business services;
  ¾ Provide full commercial, technical and financial support to the China-Quebec Commerce Association of Canada;
