Ms. Li Wang, president of SCBC, president of Zhenyuan (Canada) International Holdings Inc., participated initiation, establishment as well as operation of the centre. From 2002, Ms. Wang held president assistant of Zhenyuan Group China, where she participated all overseas cooperation projects including being in charge of the reorganization of the assets of the Group according to the Canadian financial system, purchasing a shell company in the NASDAQ; and involved in World Bank EMC project on several enterprises’ loan operations in China. She graduated from China University of Political Science & Law, holding dual Bachelors in law and literature.
